However, this does not apply if our shop is not obligated to disclose information under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws.
9. Correction, etc., of Personal Information
If a customer requests correction, addition, or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "Correction, etc.") of their personal information based on the Personal Information Protection Act, our shop will promptly investigate and make the necessary corrections after confirming the request is from the customer themselves. The customer will be notified of the result. If our shop decides not to make corrections, the customer will be informed of the decision and its reason.
10. Suspension of Use, etc., of Personal Information
If a customer requests suspension or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "Suspension, etc.") of their personal information due to reasons such as handling beyond the disclosed purpose of use or acquisition through improper means, our shop will promptly address the matter if the request is deemed valid and notify the customer of the results.
